How we handle your car
We load the car onto a hydraulic flatbed, so it is lifted fully off the road instead of being dragged on its wheels. This suits most cars, including 4x4s and automatics that should not be towed on their wheels.
We tell you the price and agree it before the truck sets off. If the situation is different when we arrive, such as a locked wheel or a missing key, we explain before loading.
After an accident
Follow police instructions first and keep the papers your insurer needs. Once the car can be moved, tell us where it is damaged and whether the wheels turn, so we prepare the right loading.
